A lot is changing at Flock. And that might raise questions.

Here’s where we answer the questions you might be wondering about too.

✨ What happens to Tanine?

We offered Tanine to become a Company Member, and she happily agreed.

She’s excited about the company growing, and sharing the building on the future of Flock with more people.

✨ How exactly will this procedure go?

After reading these pages, you can apply through the form (step 1). After the form closes, Laura and Gael will select some people for a chat with us (step 2). In that talk, we ask each other everything we want to know. If all three of us feel like it is a match, we welcome you in Flock (step 3).

That’s it really.

No audition. No other steps. And no commitment, until you also feel good about it.

Is becoming a Company Member a one-year commitment?

Being a Company Member means joining Flock for the long(er) run. We're building something together, and looking for people who want to grow with us over the coming years.

This is a key moment: the train is leaving the station, and we may not open the doors again for a while. If you care about making good theatre that’s alive and well-crafted, and you feel Flock might be your place, now is the time to step in.

Can I become a Company Member later?

Not likely. See our answer above. 🚂
