Co-directors

Flock Theatre is led by two co-directors, who are responsible for both the artistic and executive direction of the company. They are appointed by the board and represent Flock in official matters. Together, they guide the company’s vision, lead the projects, and make key decisions about its future.

The tasks of the co-directors include running the day-to-day life of the company — from creative direction to behind-the-scenes logistics. That includes (but definitely isn’t limited to):
