Staff Members are also Company Members at Flock Theatre. They are fully part of Flock Theatre, and their position includes perks and responsibilities. It is possible to combine the position of Staff with being an Actor, Musician or Technician.

Perks as staff

As a staff member, you get access to a few special perks, such as:

• €100/month of stipend over 10 months (September-June), paid as volunteer allowance.
• Access to monthly open rehearsals with the company, directed and/or organised by Laura or Gael
• Possibility to direct a What Impro
• Free access to all Flock Theatre shows
• 50% off workshops during the season
• 25% off classes during the season
• Option to opt-in for teaching classes, being hired in corporate gigs, etc. and get priority for those roles.
• Any other Company Members perk

Responsibilities as staff

As a staff member, you also take on a few responsibilities, such as:

• Tasks listed in the specific position sheet
• Ambition to grow and improve within the position and improv in general
• Caring about how Flock grows — wanting it to thrive because you’re part of it, and being curious about how it all works (like production, shows, etc.)

There is no required minimum of logistics shift (tech, bar, etc.) or advertising shift (flyers, posters), though you might be asked for help.
